Shipping Policy

  • Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on your order's total weight and shipping destination. The shipping price is combined automatically when you buy multiple items in one order. The combined shipping cost of multiple items in one order is much cheaper when you buy them together instead of buying them one by one.
  • The shipping price to US includes the US tariffs. US customers don't need to pay tariff fees again after parcels arrive in US.
  • Orders with completed payment will be shipped in 3 business days. We ship the order by standard international shipping with tracking number. The delivery time varies by country and usually takes 10-20 business days.
  • You will receive a notice message which shows the tracking number of your order after shipment. To protect the models better during shipping, we may need to pack and ship the models in separate parcels if you buy multiple models in one order. In such situation, each parcel has its own tracking number and all the tracking numbers are shown in the notice message.
  • International shipments may be charged import duties, taxes and brokerage fees by your local government agency. Please note that any duty, import, or customs tax that may be imposed by a government upon its residents shall remain the responsibility of the individual customer.
