EU Right of Withdrawal

This policy applies exclusively to consumers residing within the 27 European Union Member Countries, complying with EU Directive 2023/2673 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

1. Calculation of the 14-Day Withdrawal Period

  1. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the your ordered goods.
  2. If your order is delivered via multiple separate parcels, the withdrawal period starts from the day after you receive the last item of your entire order.
  3. Before your parcel is delivered (unshipped or in transit), you retain full statutory right to submit a withdrawal request at any time; the 14-day countdown will only activate upon receipt of goods.


2. How to Submit a Valid Withdrawal Request

  1. A permanent, clearly labelled withdrawal entry point marked Withdraw from contract here is placed in the website footer and visible across all pages of our store. This entry is intended for EU consumers to exercise statutory contract withdrawal rights, and works for guest buyers without account registration. A supplementary floating pop-up withdrawal button is also provided for EU visitors.
  2. The withdrawal submission follows a mandatory two-step confirmation process as required by EU law:
    • Step 1: Fill in your full legal name and unique order reference number
    • Step 2: Confirm your withdrawal declaration to complete submission
  3. Instantly after you submit your withdrawal form, an official timestamped confirmation email will be automatically sent to your registered email address as legally valid proof of your withdrawal notice, which will be archived permanently by our system.
  4. If you only wish to withdraw partial items within a single multi-product order, you may submit a full withdrawal request via the withdrawal button first, then reply to our confirmation email to specify which individual item you intend to return. We will manually adjust your withdrawal record to partial withdrawal accordingly.


3. Order Processing & Refund Rules

Scenario A: Order not yet shipped

Upon receiving your valid withdrawal notice, we will immediately terminate the sales contract, cancel your unfulfilled order, and issue a full refund covering all paid amounts including shipping fees.

Scenario B: Parcel is still in transit, not delivered

We will process your request after parcel arrives. Please contact us for return details after you receive your order.

Scenario C: Goods delivered, within the 14-day cooling-off window

  1. You shall return all unused, undamaged goods with original packaging intact within 14 calendar days after submitting your withdrawal notice.
  2. You bear the direct shipping cost to send items back to our designated return address.
  3. Full refund will be processed within 14 days after we receive and verify the returned products in resellable condition. We reserve the right to withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned parcel or you provide valid shipping proof of return.
  4. If you only return partial items from one order, we will refund only the payment corresponding to the returned products after inspection.

4. Friendly Purchase Reminder

Kindly fully confirm your purchase intention before completing payment. The EU statutory 14-day withdrawal right is designed for reasonable post-receipt decision adjustments. Please refrain from submitting excessive, repeated withdrawal requests without valid grounds. We will communicate proactively with you to resolve any concerns.

5. Non-EU European Region Notice

This 14-day withdrawal policy applies to customers based inside of the 27 European Union Member Countries. Buyers from other regions shall follow our general return policy instead of the EU withdrawal regulation.
