1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal as payment for your order.

2. Order Acceptance
You will receive a confirmation message about your order details after payment. Please note that there might be orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in order cancellation include limitations on quantities available, inaccuracies or errors with product or pricing information, or problems identified by our fraud systems.

 

3. Shipping & Returns

3.1 Shipping policy
Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on your order's total weight and shipping destination.
Orders with finished payment will be shipped in 3 business days.
You will receive a notice message which shows the tracking number of your order after shipment. Please leave the email you regularly use in the order contact details so that you could receive and check the notice message on your order in time. To protect the models better during shipping, we may need to pack and ship the models in separate parcels if you buy multiple models in one order. In such situation, each parcel has its own tracking number and all the tracking numbers are shown in the notice message.
We ship the order by standard international airmail with tracking number. The delivery time varies by country and usually takes 10-20 business days.
International shipments may be charged import duties, taxes and brokerage fees by your local government agency. Please note that any duty, import, or customs tax that may be imposed by a government upon its residents shall remain the responsibility of the individual customer.

3.2 Returns/Refunds
We guarantee all items we sell are free of manufacturing defects (other than inconspicuous manufacturing defects not visible to the naked eye) for 7 days after receipt. Should you have any problem with the item received, please contact us via email at info@futurewingsmodel.com(or futurewingsmodel@outlook.com). We will offer partial refund for little defect and approve return for big defect. Returned items must be in their original packaging and the same condition as received.
Should you wish to return any non-defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt by email at info@futurewingsmodel.com(or futurewingsmodel@outlook.com). Please include the order number, the item to be returned, and the reason for the return in your email. Upon approval, the item may be returned to us at the customer’s expense. Returned items must be in their original packaging and the same condition as received. A full refund of the model price, less original shipping charges, will be made as soon as we receive and check the returned item.
Any item returned after the 7-day guarantee is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
All refunds will be provided in the manner in which payment was received.
